Mira Mesa Chiropractic offers complete chiropractic services, including therapeutic massage, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, physiotherapy, and x-rays. The practice accepts patients suffering from sports injuries, stress, strain, personal injury, and worker's compensation cases.
Dr. Savage has been in practice in the Mira Mesa and Sorrento Valley communities for over 20 years. She first graduated from the Credit Valley School of Nursing, Toronto, Canada. While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, she worked as a registered nurse. She graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer, then moved to San Diego and opened her private practice. Dr. Savage is a diplomat of the National and State Boards of Chiropractic.
She is also a licensed Industry Disability Examiner and was appointed as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (Q.M.E.), for California's Industrial Medical Council. Dr. Savage is also an extension faculty member in the graduate preceptor program of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. In 1998, Mira Mesa Chiropractic opened their doors to chiropractic interns, as part of the Community-based Internship (CBI) program to give interns clinical educational experience. Most recently, Dr. Savage was appointed an examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic.
From I-805, take the Mira Mesa Boulevard off-ramp. Drive east 1/2 mile and turn right onto Oberlin Drive. Turn right into the second building. The office is in Suite 100.
